A roster of resident and visiting practitioners working across Bali, in your villa or at our preferred open-air bale. No spa cliches. No "energy work" talk. A sound, a posture, a duration, a place. You decide if it is for you.
A few shapes the morning can take.
Sound bath
Ninety minutes. Singing bowls, gong, voice. You lie still. The room is dim. Most people fall under and come back changed.
Breathwork session
An hour. Guided breathing patterns that drop you into a different state. Active, then quiet. Best on an empty stomach.
Private yoga, at the villa
One to one. Our teachers tailor the practice to what your body needs that morning. Strong, restorative, or somewhere between.
A Balinese blessing
For arrivals, departures, anniversaries, or simply because. A small ceremony at the family temple with the local priest. Flowers, water, intention.
Silent morning practice
No teacher, no sound. Just space held for an hour, with a cushion, a candle, and tea afterwards.
