Airport pickup
The driver is at arrivals before you walk out. Cool water, cold towels. The drive is quiet unless you want it otherwise.
Airport drop-off
We leave with time. The car is loaded the night before if you want it. You arrive at the gate unhurried.
A day with the driver
For market mornings, temple visits, the cycling drop, the beach. The driver waits or moves with you.
Day trip north
Tegallalang, Pakerisan, the highlands. Coffee at a warung. Lunch at a place we trust. Back in time for dinner.
Day trip east
Sidemen, Mount Agung's slopes. The salt fields if the tide is right. A quieter Bali, an hour and a half away.
Drivers we have ridden with for years.
Balinese, English-speaking, calm. They know the village shortcuts, the back roads when traffic builds, and the warungs that are actually good. They will recommend nothing they have not themselves visited.
