15% to the villa, on every booking we get through your guests
Tracked per booking, paid monthly, transparent reconciliation quarterly. Higher splits available for exclusive arrangements.
Two flows, your choice
Either: guest pays the villa, villa pays us. Or: guest pays us direct, we remit your share monthly. Whichever is simpler for your accounting.
30-day notice, either way
No lock-in. No exclusivity unless you ask for it. You stop when it stops working.
Monthly summary, quarterly reconciliation
Bookings by service, totals, your share, guest feedback if shared. Plain-language email, not a portal you have to log in to.
What you can count on.
Public-liability insurance covering all staff. Food-handling certification on Moon & Spoon Kitchen. Driver licences on file. Nanny first-aid certification on file. Backup chef arrangement if Fanny is unwell. Guest data stays with us; no third-party sharing, no resale lists.
